Pricing questions
The money questions, answered plainly
- How much does a custom software project with Climbax cost?
- It depends on scope, but as a guide: a diagnostic starts around $2,000 (₹1.5 lakh), a fixed-outcome build typically starts around $15,000 (₹12 lakh), and an ongoing product partnership starts around $8,000 per month (₹6 lakh per month). Work that doesn't fit those models is quoted as a single one-time fee against a written scope. We bill in INR or USD. Most clients begin with a low-cost diagnostic so both sides can scope accurately before committing to a build.
- Do you do fixed-price or time-and-materials?
- Both, depending on certainty. When the outcome is well-defined we prefer fixed-outcome pricing so you carry no estimation risk. When a product is evolving, a monthly product partnership is usually a better fit than counting hours. If you would rather pay once than monthly, we quote a custom one-time fee.
- How quickly can you start?
- A diagnostic can usually begin within a week or two. Larger builds depend on team availability, which we'll be honest about up front rather than over-promising.
