What this site collects, and what we do with it

Who we are

This website is run by Climbax Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.. For anything about your information, write to [email protected], or by post to A-303, Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110087, India.

Payments

This website does not take card details. If you pay us online, you do it on our payment provider's own page, which handles your card or bank details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment, your name, and the contact details you enter there, and we use them to match the payment to your project and for our accounts.

What we collect when you contact us

When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, the kind of work you are asking about, the region you chose, and your message. If you give a phone number, we may call or message you on it about your enquiry.

With it we record how you reached the site: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We also record the IP address the form was sent from, to help us recognise spam.

What we collect when you apply for a job

When you apply through the careers page we receive your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, your message, and the CV you attach. They go directly into the HR system we run ourselves and are not kept on this website. We use them only to consider you for work at Climbax, and only the people involved in hiring can read them.

What we store in your browser

If you pick a region, or arrive on a region page, the site remembers that choice in your browser so prices and contact details stay in the right currency. If our network can tell which country you are visiting from, it sets a cookie with that region as a starting point. The cookie lasts 30 days.

The campaign details above are held in your browser only for the visit, so they can be sent with the form if you use it.

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We use the campaign details to understand which of our own pages and adverts bring enquiries. We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for their marketing.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored on servers we operate ourselves, including the customer-records system our sales team works in, which we built and run. They are not sent to an outside form or mailing-list service. Only the people at Climbax who handle enquiries can read them.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and to keep a record of what was agreed. You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it.
