Trust & security
Built the way we'd want our own data handled
Most agencies bolt security on at the end. We build GRC and compliance software ourselves and operate our own production platforms — so secure-by-default isn't a slogan, it's how we already work.
Secure by default
Security is part of the architecture, not a phase we run out of budget for. We build the way we'd want software handling our own data to be built.
- Threat modelling at design time, not after an incident
- Least-privilege access and tenant data isolation by default
- Secrets encrypted at rest; sensitive data never logged
- Dependencies monitored and patched on a regular cadence
Compliance, built in
We build GRC and compliance software ourselves, so we understand audits from the inside. We design systems that make a posture provable rather than asserted.
- Architectures aligned to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control expectations
- Tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trails where it matters
- Continuous evidence over point-in-time scrambles
- Data-residency and retention handled deliberately
We operate what we build
Because we run our own portfolio of production platforms, reliability and security are not abstractions — they are problems we live with daily.
- Monitoring, alerting, and observability from the first commit
- Backups and recovery tested, not assumed
- Incident response we've actually rehearsed
- Off-boarding and key handover documented and clean
Your data
Clear rules, no fine print
- Your data and code are yours. We don't reuse client work elsewhere.
- Access is scoped to the people who need it, and revoked when they don't.
- We default to keeping sensitive systems and data within your environment.
- Clear ownership and handover so you are never locked in.
Security questions
What buyers ask us about
- Is Climbax SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
- We build software aligned to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control expectations and have built compliance-automation platforms for those exact frameworks. For our own certification status, ask us directly — we'll tell you precisely where things stand rather than imply more than is true.
- Who owns the code and data Climbax builds?
- You do. Client code and data belong to the client, are not reused elsewhere, and are handed over cleanly with documentation so you are never locked in.
- How does Climbax handle sensitive data?
- We default to keeping sensitive systems and data within your environment, encrypt secrets at rest, avoid logging sensitive data, and scope access to least privilege. Specifics are agreed per engagement based on your requirements.
