The challenge

No single tool covered Windows, Linux, Android, and Apple devices together.
Security posture — disk encryption, firewall, endpoint protection — was unverifiable across the fleet.
Off-the-shelf MDM was heavy, expensive per seat, and still left gaps.

What we did

Built a lightweight custom agent for Windows, Linux, and Android, integrated with Apple MDM for the rest.
Centralised posture reporting so disk-encryption, firewall, and protection status are visible at a glance.
Added a self-healing watchdog so agents recover from failed states without a technician.
Designed policy and remote action to be safe by default, with destructive operations gated.
