Climbax runs the operating software for a full-service hotel: the property-management system at the front desk, the point of sale in its restaurant and bar, and the ERP and CRM behind them. Four systems we built, connected to each other, in daily use since mid-2026.

The challenge

Rooms, restaurant, and accounts ran on separate tools, so a guest's dinner reached the room bill by hand.
Tax treatment differs between rooms, food, and liquor, and each bill has to carry the right split.
Corrections after settlement, such as a voided restaurant bill, had to be repeated in every system.

What we did

Put reservations, folios, housekeeping, night audit, and corporate billing on our hotel PMS.
Ran the restaurant and bar on our point of sale, with charge-to-room posting straight to the guest's folio.
Posted each charge to the folio by tax rate, so room, food, and liquor lines stay correct on the final invoice.
Made a void or re-settlement at the till reverse itself on the folio, instead of relying on a second manual entry.
Fed sales into the ERP and guest records into the CRM, and kept operating the stack after go-live.
